Helping Flood Control and Disaster Management of Khuzestan Province
From the beginning of the announcement and the request of Disaster Management Organization (DMO) of Khuzestan Province from all natural and legal persons to help flood victims of Khuzestan Province, the managing Director of Metrasaman Engineering Co. organized several urgent meetings, visited flood-prone areas and ordered the workshop directors to cooperate with DMO on providing them with heavy equipment including two excavators, two loaders, semi-heavy duty machinery including two crane machines, five dump trucks, two trucks, two trailers, light machinery, and transportation equipment. He also ordered to cooperate with DMO on helping to build flood walls in Eyn-e Do Dist. of Ahvaz and around Hamidiyeh City, building and strengthening protective dykes around Susangerd City, discharging a number 20 twigs of concrete beams at the Bam-Dej Railway Station, helping to build flood walls at the entrance of Kianshahr Dist. of Ahvaz, building and strengthening flood walls in Moeinzadeh Dist, Kerishan 2 Village and around the new Slaughterhouse of Ahvaz, carrying animal feed from Shoaybiyeh Dist. of Shushtar City to Ahavz in order to feed the flood victims’ livestock, dredging the path leading to Ali-Kamal Bridge of Andimeshk to facilitate flood passage and prevent water level form rising in Kooy-e Niroo Dist. of Andimeshk City, and transporting water bottles to the villages around Hamidiyeh City for the flood victims.
