Construction project of circumferential road at the end of Pardis Dist. was planned due to the development of the city, population increase, and traffic congestion in the main routes, for the purpose of facilitation of citizens' mobility. Constructing this circumferential road in the 5^th district of Ahvaz Municipality resulted in reduction in traffic, pollution, fuel consumption, intra city travel time, risks of accident as well as creating value added for lands and developing regions near the road. This circumferential road is across the entrance door of Payame Noor University and University of Applied Science and Technology, from Sepanta Dist. to Pardis Dist., for the purpose of connecting Khorramshahr Road to Golestan Boulevard.
